Going Out ✓ Email 5 launches tomorrow morning (May 6)
The member giveaway email goes out at 6am — spring tree care checklist plus the contest details. Nothing you need to do; heads-up in case members reply or call about it.

Action — You or Rob Meta Ad Campaigns — need your approval to launch
All three campaigns (spring pruning, retargeting, local awareness) have been built and ready since April 28. The approval link has been sitting open for over a week with no response. Spring pruning season is the window — every week without ads running is real bookings we're not capturing.

Action — You or Rob Quo Phone System SOW — has Rob signed?
The Sona AI / OpenPhone proposal (BT-STC-QUO-2026, $5,500) went to Rob for signature around April 25. Our May 22 go-live target requires starting the number port immediately — porting takes 2–4 weeks. If either of you can confirm whether it's been signed (or get it in front of Rob today), that would help me assess whether May 22 is still realistic.
Needs Coordination Giveaway winner — $500 promo needs to be announced
We need to notify the winner from the earlier $500 promo. I have the draft ready — just need you to confirm the winner's name and contact info so I can send it. Can you send that over when you get a chance?
Coming This Week WS4 Automation — estimate follow-up + Club welcome sequences
Building both automated sequences this week. Once live, every neighbor who requests an estimate through the website gets a 3-email follow-up series, and every new Club member gets a 4-email welcome series. Neither is running today — this is the work I'm closing out now. I'll let you know when both go live.
Good News Photo library — Kelly Lyons delivered actual Sperry photos
We now have a real image library from Kelly Lyons with actual Sperry job photos. This is a big upgrade — we've been working with stock and AI-generated images. These will go into the new site design, ad creative, and email templates. Thank her from me.
Outstanding — BT Owes You Two reports still in the queue
I still owe you two items that have been pending longer than I'd like:

1. Exit / Valuation Enhancement Report — the analysis of what moves the needle on business valuation for a company like Sperry. Still working on this.

2. Transcription Technology Report — the overview of call transcription tools and where they fit in your tech stack. Also in progress.

Both will be in your hands this week. Apologies for the delay.

The two urgent ones are the Meta approval and the Quo SOW — either of you can unblock both of those today. Everything else I'm handling on my end.
